Loïc Cantat

LoÏc worked in the industrial field for fifteen years occupying different positions first as R&D Manager, then as Technical Director, before changing to research. Loïc joined IRT SystemX (https://www.irt-systemx.fr/en/) in 2016 where he is Head of the Data Science and AI Team and coordinates the technical side of the Confiance.ai program. Loïc holds a B.Sc in Computer Vision by the Polythecnique Montréal in Canada, and an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision by the Engineering School of the Ecole des Mines d'Alès in France.
Journey and Findings of the Research Program Confiance.ai
This keynote will sum up the journey and findings of the program Confiance.ai, the technological pillar of the Grand Défi “Securing, certifying and enhancing the reliability of systems based on artificial intelligence” launched by the Innovation Council of the French Administration, with a focus on data management (data quality, data generation, …) and robustness properties, exemplify on a of Confiance.ai use case.
